About the Project
This project was the ground-up construction of a TownePlace Suites hotel, a four-story, 96-unit facility designed to provide modern amenities and exceptional comfort for both short and extended stays. The project involved the full construction of the hotel structure, including guest suites featuring kitchenettes, microwaves, and private bathrooms. In addition to the guest rooms, the project also included the installation of a variety of shared spaces, including a fitness center, a swimming pool, a complimentary breakfast area, and a 24-hour express check-out service. The exterior featured a durable and low-maintenance finish. The final product aligned with TownePlace Suites’ brand standards.
Unique Elements
The project included full structural development as well as interior fit-outs for each guest suite that were built to enhance guest experience and meet brand standards. Durable exterior finishes were selected for long-term performance with minimal upkeep. By adding high-quality, extended-stay lodging to the area, this project supports local tourism, business travel, and long-term guests, contributing to the region’s hospitality infrastructure and economic growth.
