About the Project

The Mandarin Central Shopping Center Renovation involved a comprehensive exterior facelift, where the façade height was increased by approximately 20 feet, giving the shopping center a more prominent and modern appearance. The project included the installation of a new roof and the heightening of the anchor tower to enhance visibility and attract more visitors. Existing business tenant signage was strategically relocated to align with the new design, ensuring optimal visibility and cohesion. Architectural corbels were added, providing an elegant and refined touch to the overall aesthetic. This renovation successfully modernized the shopping center while preserving its unique character and appeal.
