The project involved the completion of two partially constructed condominium buildings, which were left unfinished in 2007 due to the real estate market downturn. The project entailed finishing the construction of two buildings, each containing 12 upscale condominiums. The condominiums offer a variety of floor plans, including three-bedroom/three-bath and three-bedroom/two-bath layouts, with living areas ranging from 1,762 to 2,167 square feet. Each unit features a designated two-car garage, catering to residents seeking a maintenance-free lifestyle within the gated Grand Haven community.
Unique Elements
This project presented the uncommon challenge of resuming construction on partially built structures abandoned over a decade earlier. Avant successfully revitalized and completed the upscale condominiums with careful attention to structural continuity, modern building codes, and premium finishes—bringing new life to a long-dormant corner of the Grand Haven community.
