About the Project
Avant completed the interior build-out of the new golf simulation and bar venue in historic San Marco. The multi-use venue features a dining and bar area with food and drinks options, as well as event spaces in the back with it’s golf simulation rooms. The previous tenants of the space, Industry West – a furniture store and design studio, moved to another location in the San Marco area. This concept is the first of its kind in the Jacksonville area.
Unique Elements
As the first venue of its kind in the area, the project required thoughtful adaptation of the existing layout to deliver an immersive and multifunctional guest experience. Custom finishes and carefully planned acoustics elevated both the atmosphere and the functionality, ensuring the venue could accommodate high energy without sacrificing comfort.
