About the Project
Avant was selected to perform the interior renovations on an existing building in historic Five Points of Jacksonville. Our team worked with the client and the local permitting agencies necessary to complete this heavy interior tenant build-out under extremely tight and limited working spaces. The high-traffic area of Five Points posed a challenge to the demolition crew, however we completed this project on-time and on-budget. The restaurant included two outdoor patio seating areas and a full custom bar.
