Avant is currently constructing a new office and training center for Aviation Systems Engineering Company (ASEC), a growing firm that provides operational and systems engineering services to the Department of Defense. To support ASEC’s continued expansion and investment in workforce development, Avant is transforming a warehouse into a modern, purpose-built facility. The tenant build-out includes the addition of offices, training and conference rooms, upgraded HVAC systems, and all new interior finishes. Once complete, the new space will serve as a hub for ASEC’s operations, reflecting their leadership within Jacksonville’s aviation sector and providing the infrastructure needed to support future growth and mission-critical services.
