Avant completed the tenant buildout for a new office and training center for Aviation Systems Engineering Company (ASEC), a growing firm that provides operational and systems engineering services to the Department of Defense. To support ASEC’s continued expansion and investment in workforce development, Avant transformed a warehouse into a modern, purpose-built facility. The tenant build-out included the addition of offices, training and conference rooms, upgraded HVAC systems, and all new interior finishes. The new space, which includes specialized security and accessibility systems, now serves as a hub for ASEC’s operations.
