About the Project
Avant completed interior renovations on an existing building in Neptune Beach, Florida. As the General Contractor on the job, our team removed a structural brick wall in order to support the unique kitchen equipment installation for the client. The front facade of the building was removed, redesigned and reconstructed to accommodate for a new patio with outdoor seating and dining.
Unique Elements
The project included many self-performed custom finishes and unique components that made it not only a challenging project, but an enjoyable one that brought character to an otherwise overlooked space that is now enjoyed by the community.
