About the Project
Avant successfully completed the renovation of approximately 25,000 SF of office space for Automotive Broadcasting Network (ABN) Media, a leading provider of digital signage and media solutions for the automotive industry. ABN required a modern, employee-friendly environment that reflects their innovative approach and dynamic operations. The project included the construction of multiple offices, conference rooms, storage rooms, and a kitchen and dining area.
Unique Elements
The design focused on creating a fun and engaging workspace, featuring restaurant-style booths and ping pong tables, which contribute to an enjoyable and productive atmosphere. Given that the renovation was a tenant build-out in an occupied building, our team collaborated closely with the owners and subcontractors to minimize disruptions to other businesses.
