About the Project
Avant successfully completed the expansion of Bold Line’s office space, creating a unified and open atmosphere to support their growing team. Our scope of work included demolishing existing conditions and rebuilding the adjacent space to precisely match their original office’s design and functionality.
Unique Elements
Throughout the process, we maintained the shared wall to ensure their daily operations were undisturbed. At the critical juncture of the schedule, the common wall was removed, joining the spaces into a cohesive and modern work environment. The expanded office now features enhanced amenities, including a state-of-the-art conference room, designed to foster collaboration and efficiency.
