These projects included the 1,750 SF interior build-out for Brock CPA’s new offices, a modern and professional environment tailored for their accounting firm. For Medius, a national AP automation software company, Avant renovated 4,500 SF of corporate space, incorporating their brand’s color scheme, innovative lighting, and mixed flooring to create a visually appealing and functional workspace. The largest project was the 52,000 SF office renovation for Morgan & Morgan, which encompassed cubicle spaces, private offices, conference rooms, client meeting areas, training rooms, and communal areas like kitchens and restrooms, all designed to support the firm’s high-volume operations while maintaining privacy and professionalism.
