About the Project
Avant was selected for the interior and exterior renovation of a standard warehouse into a modern office, showroom, podcast studio, and innovation lab showcasing cutting-edge audio-visual and hologram technology. This 14,500 SF project transformed a standard warehouse into a community-focused innovation hub, where people can engage with cutting-edge technology, making it a space to learn, grow, and shape Jacksonville’s tech future.
Unique Elements
The space, which was selected as one of the 2025 Jax Daily Record “Cool Construction” projects, features conference rooms, a full kitchen, offices, a technology showroom, an outdoor patio, and a learning center where kids have a place to engage in hands-on learning with games rooted in technology and innovation. The MEP infrastructure was designed to house large-scale technologies and electronics displayed in the showroom including full LED walls, VR, holograms and robotics.
