Avant is renovating the building adjacent to our main office at Manning Street and Montana Avenue to support the intentional, strategic growth of our organization. The project includes a complete interior demolition to create a modern, open workspace that will serve as the new home for our expanding construction team. This addition to our office campus reflects our continued momentum and enhances our capacity to manage complex, large-scale projects across the city. As part of this expansion, our preconstruction department will transition into the former construction offices, ensuring every department has dedicated space to collaborate, innovate, and work efficiently. This renovation strengthens our operational foundation and positions Avant to deliver even greater impact within our community.
