About the Project
The Rebecca Davisson Interior Design Offices, part of the Dennis + Ives adaptive reuse project in Jacksonville’s Rail Yard District, involved a tenant build-out with the customer serving as the architect.
Unique Elements
The space features many unique design aspects, including bladed ceilings, panelized walls, custom cabinetry and workspaces, black epoxy accents in the polished concrete, a distinctive circle window, and 16-foot tall linear glass panels. A playful, standout detail: a life-sized Mandalorian fire extinguisher backpack, exemplifying the creative spirit behind this one-of-a-kind studio.
