About the Project
This project included the new construction of a 4,500 SF chef-driven restaurant with modern, artistic and globally inspired design elements. Avant self-performed the design & construction of much of this project. This project included a full-service restaurant and custom full-service bars, along with outdoor patio seating, artistic sound panels and custom steel décor elements.
Unique Elements
Hobnob stands out for its high level of customization and artistic detail. Avant not only managed construction but also self-performed many of the design elements. Challenges included working within a 7-story mixed use development and heavy customization of the interior finishes.
