About the Project
Hello Smooth Med Spa is located in St. Johns County and brings cosmetic products and treatments to its patients. Their facilities include a reception area with seating, patient rooms, specialty treatment rooms, employee offices and a conference room. Avant Construction Group was awarded the contract to complete construction services for tenant improvements in their existing facility. The improvements included new cabinetry, plumbing and electrical in patient treatment rooms, as well as finishes.

This renovation project centered on elevating the patient experience through detailed interior upgrades and precision construction. From specialized treatment rooms to high-end finishes and integrated cabinetry, every improvement was tailored to support a clean, comfortable, and highly functional med spa environment.
