About the Project
Town Hall was a renovation project in historic San Marco square of Jacksonville. Avant self-performed the design and construction of much of this project, which included custom millwork, metal fabrication, mold remediation, and an exterior cooler to maximize the limited existing space of the facility. This restaurant, which has now become a staple of local cuisine and a family-favorite dining spot, houses a full-service restaurant and custom full-service bar, artistic sound panels, and custom steel décor elements, as shown in the images below. This specific tenant build-out was in a high-volume traffic area.
Unique Elements
This construction project stands out for its positive impact on the local community and economy, particularly in the historic San Marco area. It not only contributes to the local economy through visitors and employment but also features in-house design and millwork for several bar components, adding a unique and custom touch to the project.
