Avant’s extensive work on multiple DriveTime dealership locations spanned new builds and renovations over a 10-year period. With projects in Miami, West Palm Beach, Jacksonville, Pensacola, Panama City (FL), Birmingham (AL), Denver, and Aurora (CO), the construction team tailored each site to DriveTime’s requirements. The dealerships included essential facilities such as showroom areas, maintenance/service bays, and office spaces, as well as parking lots with ample parking for vehicles. The project scope also covered upgrades to exterior areas, including reinforced parking lots to accommodate customer and inventory parking needs, with some sites requiring secure fencing and gated access to safeguard the high-value assets on site. Each location incorporated security measures like surveillance cameras and alarms, along with interior renovations for customer service areas, sales offices, and staff break rooms.
