This project included the demolition of a single-story existing building, followed by the construction of a two-story commercial restaurant. Due to the damaged structural integrity of the original building, demolition consisted of over 90% of the original structure. Avant completed the demolition and reconstruction by August of 2018. This project included a full-service restaurant and 2 full-service bars, along with outdoor patio seating and a parking lot.
