About the Project
This project was the new, ground-up construction of a 4-story, 94-unit Comfort Inn and Suites, outfitted with amenities designed for both leisure and business travelers. The property includes a fitness center, outdoor pool, and meeting/event spaces, as well as a breakfast area for full buffet service. Truck parking, complimentary coffee, and guest conveniences such as an ATM, laundry room, and gift shop enhance the stay experience. The project also included services like laundry/dry cleaning, multilingual staff, and accessible parking and public areas. Safety and security were key considerations, with electronic key access, smoke alarms, sprinklers in each room, surveillance cameras, and well-lit parking areas. Rooms and common spaces offer high-speed wireless internet, while accessible options such as cribs, rollaway beds, and wheelchair access ensure a comfortable experience for all guests.

This ground-up balanced guest comfort with operational efficiency. Avant integrated a range of hospitality-focused amenities, including truck parking and meeting spaces, while also incorporating robust safety systems like in-room sprinklers, electronic key access, and surveillance. The project’s scale and complexity required precise coordination across accessibility, technology, and security features—creating a versatile space that caters to both business and leisure travelers.
