About the Project
Avant was brought on to complete the interior and exterior renovation of a restaurant in the San Marco area of Jacksonville. Our team renovated the entire interior footprint to bring a locally sourced menu with recognizable low-country coastal fare with a modern spin. The renovation included a full revision of the kitchen and dining space, a new bar, a turf backyard area with additional seating, and local original mural artwork throughout the inside and outside of the building.
Unique Elements
Avant completed the full interior and exterior renovation of 1937 Spirits and Eatery in San Marco, including a revised kitchen layout, a new bar installation, and a custom turf seating area in the backyard. The project also incorporated original mural artwork inside and out, integrating local artistry into the built environment.
