Remodel of the Seminole Club by River City Construction

Project Description

Client:   Sweet Pete’s
Type: Renovation and Restoration

The historic renovation of the original Seminole building was a project with Marcus Lemonis, in conjunction with the TV Show, The Profit. The early 1900s building, which had been empty for over a decade, was meticulously renovated to house Sweet Petes Candy’s new home. Over the course of six weeks, our crews worked non-stop to complete the project and return the building to its former glory, in time for the season filming of the popular TV show.
This project was the recipient of the Northeast Florida Builders Association
