From initial design consultation to completion, we have done many residential renovations, including historic homes, additions and interior reconstruction, often leaving the homeowner with a more functional layout.
Project Management
We will assign a project manager, field superintendent, engineer and other staff members as required to effectively manage the construction process. Overseeing them all is our leadership team.
Coordination Process
During the construction of any project, the coordination of the trades is an integral part of the process, especially with respect to the mechanical and electrical trades. Our relationships with our key subcontractors is built on trust and experience. When doing projects outside of our area, we try to use local subcontractors in an effort to support the local communities.
Additional Construction Steps
We will work with all project team members to define the logistical requirements for the construction process. All aspects of your project – from areas for deliveries to placement of barricades (if required) and hours of operation – can be left to our experience hands.
